最新版docker部署的8.2.3版本存在问题

如题：最新版docker部署的8.2.3版本存在问题，经测试，银河麒麟操作系统部署其他版本没有问题，部署8.2.3版本会出现如下错误：l: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Removed stale pid file.
Error: /usr/lib/postgresql/14/bin/pg_ctl /usr/lib/postgresql/14/bin/pg_ctl start -D /var/lib/postgresql/14/main -l /var/log/postgresql/postgresql-14-main.log -s -o  -c config_file="/etc/postgresql/14/main/postgresql.conf"  exited with status 1:
2023-12-24 14:40:56.368 UTC [324] FATAL:  could not open directory "pg_notify": No such file or directory
2023-12-24 14:40:56.369 UTC [324] LOG:  database system is shut down
pg_ctl: could not start server
Examine the log output.
