流程应用创建表单出错

论坛管理员您好，我在创建第一个流程应用时，创建表单使用通用表单模板可保存，但创建第二个流程应用时，创建使用通用表单模板不可保存，提示出错

你新建一个空白表单，然后随便写点东西，或者拖拽点设计元素上去，然后保存。看看是否还报这个错误。
